• Microfuse Pressure Sensors

The glass micromelting technology uses a varistor (silicon strain gauge) bonded to a stainless steel (17-4PH) film surface through high temperature sintered glass to induce pressure. When there is a gas or liquid pressure DP on the other side of the stainless steel diaphragm, the diaphragm produces a weak deformation, causing a corresponding change in the resistance of the four strain gauges sintered on the diaphragm DR.
